EXCHANGE & RETURNS POLICY


WHAT IS THE EXCHANGE POLICY ON MARVIZA?

We have a strict no return and no refund policy on any product once sold. Most Marviza pieces sold can be exchanged for replacement in a bigger or a smaller size upon conditions that can be noted below:

  • Only Ready-to-ship orders can be accommodated for an exchange for the same or higher value.
  • Purchase made During SALE are Not eligible for any kind of return or exchange.
  • For exchange, please inform us within 48 hours of the product being delivered to you.
  • Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging are eligible for exchange.



FOLLOWING PRODUCTS MAY NOT BE EXCHANGED:

Products Made to order or customised as per your size / personalised as per your requirements. However, you can contact us for any alteration requests.
Products with such condition is mentioned in the product information.

In order to place the Returns/Exchange Request, please contact our customer support team at +9928111711 or email us at info@marviza.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Our team will assist you with the request once you connect with us on the same (Monday to Saturday 11am to 7pm IST)

  • Brand doesn’t offer pick up service, clients will have to send it back to the store address on their cost
  • Please do not forget to take acknowledgement receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his signature and mobile number. Marviza will not be responsible for any lost shipment.
  • Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to Marviza on the following address:

Our policies are simple and upfront. We strive to make your experience at MARVIZA relaxed and delightful.


CANCELLATIONS :

Cancellations will be considered if the request is made within 48 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the shipment of the product has been initiated.

DISCLAIMER:

Please keep in mind that there might be variations on the actual color and texture from what is evident in the pictures, due to the technological limitations in such presentation. Also, being handmade the designers put in best of their efforts in trying to achieve that the goods are as close to the mentioned specifications. However please keep in mind to account minor variations considering the manufacturing and artisanal process. Marviza allows users, who comply with Marviza’s policies to buy goods within a fixed-price format. The buyer acknowledges this risk while she/he agrees to this terms and conditions.

 

APPLICABLE LAW

This site is created and controlled by the House of Amuse LLP, Rajasthan, India; as such the laws of India shall apply; Courts in Jaipur, India shall alone have exclusive jurisdiction (subject to arbitration at Jaipur) in respect of all the terms, conditions and disclaimers marviza.com alone reserves the right to make the changes to the site and the terms, conditions and disclaimers thereof. The membership is deemed to have been entered into at ________, India and the laws of India will govern the membership. All disputes arising out of or in any way affecting the membership as also including interpretation of any of the terms are to be referred to Arbitration in _______, India under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act (Indian act), 1996 before a Sole Arbitrator.

 

INDEMNITY

User agrees to defend, hold harmless, indemnify and hereby indemnifies marviza.com, its employees, directors, officers, agents and their successors and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including advocates and attorney’s fees, caused by or arising out of claims based upon the use of User’s actions or inactions, including but not limited to any warranties, representations or undertakings or in relation to the non-fulfilment of any of its obligations under this Agreement or arising out of the User’s infringement of any applicable laws, regulations including but not limited to Intellectual Property Rights, payment of statutory dues and taxes, claim of libel, defamation, violation of rights of privacy or publicity, loss of service by other subscribers and infringement of intellectual property or other rights. This clause shall survive the expiry or termination of this Agreement.
