We want you to love your Marviza pieces! While we have a no-return and no-refund policy once a product is sold, we offer exchanges for a different size under the following conditions:
- Only ready-to-ship orders can be exchanged for the same or higher value.
- Purchases made during SALE are not eligible for any kind of return or exchange.
- To request an exchange, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving your product.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all labels and tags intact to be eligible for exchange.

If you wish to cancel an order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing the order on our site. If the order has not yet been processed or approved, we will cancel it and issue a credit note. Please note that cancellation requests made outside of this 24-hour window will not be accepted.
Our collections are often limited edition, but we’re committed to restocking items whenever possible.

Yes, we offer free shipping on prepaid orders. If you opt for Cash on Delivery (COD), a charge of ₹350 applies. For COD orders, we require a 20% advance payment, with the remaining amount paid upon delivery.
